Field & Game Australia have today presented their submission about the 2020 Victorian duck season to the Game Management Authority (GMA).
The submission outlines FGA’s advice as one of Australia’s premier conservation and duck hunting organisations.
FGA's submission recommends season length and daily bag limits for the coming 2020 duck season in Victoria.
FGA considers all of the data and facts available from external resources.
The GMA board of directors will construct their own recommendation, considering the submissions from key stakeholders, which the GMA will present to the Victorian government.
The decision on whether to modify the season is then left to the Victorian Agriculture Minister Jaclyn Symes and Energy, Environment and Climate Change Minister Lily D’Ambrosio.
