ETU Duck ID Training (September 3)
Details
Duck ID Training Session: September 3 at 6pm.
Event information
Registrations for this event are not currently available.
The ETU will conduct a Duck ID Training Session on Tuesday, September 3, from 6pm at the ETU offices.
The training session is FREE, however you must 'Register' (above) to book your spot and pay a $10 registration fee per person. Registration fees will be reimbursed following registered participants' completion of the training session.
A Waterfowl Identification Test will be held on Tuesday, September 10, from 6pm at the same venue. The WIT fee is $34.90 and WIT bookings must be made through the GMA portal.
PLEASE NOTE: You must have a MyGL account AND have completed the online learning modules BEFORE you can book for and sit the WIT. For more information on MyGL, click HERE.
⚠️ A reminder from the GMA: a Junior can hold a Provisional Game Licence for 1 year for duck or hound hunting WITHOUT having to complete a test, BUT their Provisional Licence must be linked with a hunter who has passed that relevant test. If the Junior then wishes to extend their game licence beyond that one-year period, they would then need to sit for the relevant test and pass to have that endorsement added.
