2026 Branch Governance - Succession Planning JUL 2026

Following on from our General Branch Governance sessions, Field & Game Australia is excited to offer a free Succession Planning session for our branch’s executives and committee members to support administrating and governing your clubs.

The aims to provide some simple tools and resources to guide branch committees in how to approach conversations with members who might be interested in taking on a role within your committee as well as making the succession planning process a part of regular ongoing discussions at your branch.

Our facilitator has provided several possible dates and we are seeking your feedback on which of those dates are most suitable to run this session.

These sessions will be run online on Monday or Wednsday evenings from 7:00pm.
